3. ONLY FRUITS DIETS:

This seems the funniest of all, it looks completely believable as fruits are quite healthy to consume and has been seen as the way out. By only eating fruits, you will miss out on protein which is critical in the repair and development of tissues. Also, the diets alone cannot drive the metabolism of your body and you will essentially lose out on other nutrients that are found in other food groups.

4. ONE MEAL A DAY:

Are you fasting for spiritual purpose? If yes, then one meal a day can be allowed during the duration of your spiritual self denial. However, if the answer is NO, then it is completely unacceptable. Once you avoid fuelling your body with foods as appropriate, you will begin to lose concentration on your daily activities. In fact a study has shown that such people try to eat more during their “one meal a day” than if they had had smaller portion at appropriate meals time.
