The headaches experienced by many people especially men are alcohol triggered. We all know that alcohol is diuretic meaning it causes loss of water usually through urinating. During this process, the body is deficient of certain electrolytes like potassium and magnesium. The imbalance of these minerals has been found to cause headaches in some people. A meal including potatoes and banana which contain high dose of potassium might be helpful to solve such headache.
