3. Egg Whites
Apart from eating eggs because of the protein content, you can also apply them on the affected area on the skin. Whip the whites of two eggs gently with a fork. To use eggs to remove stretch marks, simply clean the affected skin area with water and then apply a thick layer of egg whites with a makeup brush or something that can do similar job.
After applying the egg white, allow it to dry completely and then rinse the area with cold water. You can now apply some olive oil on that part of the skin to keep it moisturized. Consistent use will give you result. People often see obvious results within two weeks of applying egg whites.
Women who have had stretch marks after pregnancy have also recommended massaging cocoa butter or shea butter into your skin twice a day. This has been reported to help moisturize dry skin and also help stretch marks to fade away. Personally, I have used shea butter in the past to remove black scars that arose from pimples on my face.
I have been trying these foods as remedies and what I have noticed is that there are changes on sone parts while I don’t see any change on some parts. If you know what I mean.,
