Once you sip this hot liquid, it helps melt all forming mucus around your throat and raises the temperature of your inner body against the external cold temperature thereby providing immunity.

This season, instead on snacking on flour made foods like meat pie and the rest, two pieces of oranges or citrus will prevent your body from being susceptible to infections such as cold and flu.
