5. Cheese
Well, maybe that is the reason we say cheese before we take those photographs. This food will give you more reasons to shout its name if you start eating it. Cheese can help keep your teeth strong with minerals, such as calcium and phosphorus, and protein that protects tooth enamel.
Also, hard cheese helps clean your teeth by stimulating saliva.
Dr Anthony Zybutz, from Harley Street’s TDC Implant Centre said and I quote;
The desire for pearly white teeth is certainly not a modern phenomenon.
Pharaohs 4,000 years ago are known to have combined ground pumice stone with vinegar to create a paste in an effort to restore the natural colour.
If pumice stone and vinegar sounds unpleasant, the Romans had an even more unusual technique.
The Romans also developed their own techniques, sometimes using goats’ milk, but more adventurously, often gargling with urine. There was a logic to that idea though, because the ammonia created a bleaching effect.

Conclusively, I would say every one would like to have their teeth whiter and that there are faster ways to whiten your teeth by using some whitening toothpaste and seeing your dentist for cleaning and sometimes scaling or whatever they call it.

Hello foodsng.com,
Kindly write professionally. Your last sentence “… or whatever they call it” is hardly befitting of a writer. Have you researched to find out if dentists are helpful or not? And why such careless words in your writing?
You clearly misunderstood the whole thing. The “whatever they call it” is in reference to the word scaling. “Scaling or whatever they call” because I was not so sure that’s the name everyone calls it. Whatever they call it or your dentist calls it.
Why would someone even recommend seeing a dentist when he doesn’t think they are helpful?
@ Glory- For me, I donot appreciate your criticism aas regards the write up, the most important thing is the knowledge that was passed, the use of the sentence” scaling or whatever it is called” by the author doesn’t depict that he or she hasn’t written professionally and for the records, I would suggest we give credit to the author for painstakingly trying to educate us all and improve our knowledge rather than paying attention to trivial issues. Many thanks
The writer for me, has done a great job…Weldone nd thanks for the knowledge
